Why do I see a waiting page before some links?
Free links show a short waiting page with the destination address, so visitors can check where they are going. Links of users with a level skip it.
How do I remove the waiting page from my links?
Reach Lvl 1, for free: it comes with 500 clicks on your links in the last 30 days. The waiting page then disappears from all your links. See the Levels page for details.
How do I get my level role on Discord?
Join our Discord server, then open your account page and press “Link account” in the Discord box. You get a one-time command: send it in any channel of the server and the bot gives you the role of your level, keeps it updated and opens the level channels for you. It can also send you a summary of your week every Monday (turn it off with /level weekly:False).
I forgot my password. What can I do?
Use the recovery key you saved when you signed up on the account recovery page. If you lost it too, contact us on our Discord server with details about your account, and an admin can reset your password.
How do I edit or delete a link I created without an account?
Open the private management link you got when you created it. If you sign up or log in from the same browser, those links are added to your account automatically.
A short link sent me to a scam or dangerous site. What should I do?
Don’t enter any data on that site, and report the short link: our moderators review every report and can stop the link for everyone.
Can I use Flashlyn from my own app or script?
Yes. Create an API key from your account page and follow the API documentation to create links and read statistics.
